1Upon receipt of raw materials, our quality team conducts a rigorous evaluation to ensure all inputs meet our internal excellence standards and are suitable for the specific requirements of the project.
2We produce test samples according to the exact specifications of the primary order. These prototypes are submitted to the client for formal inspection and approval before proceeding further.
3Our Quality Control (QC) team collaborates closely with the client to define specific performance targets and aesthetic standards, ensuring the final output aligns perfectly with client expectations.
4Prior to initiating the master production run, we perform a comprehensive final audit of all technical standards and specifications to mitigate risks and ensure consistency.
5The QC department maintains an active presence on the production floor, providing real-time supervision throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle to ensure adherence to established protocols.
6In the event of unforeseen production challenges, we maintain full transparency. Our team immediately notifies the client to discuss the situation and implement a collaborative, optimized solution.
7To ensure sustained compliance, our QC Manager conducts unannounced inspections at various stages of production. This validates that the factory is consistently meeting the agreed-upon quality metrics.
8Once production is 100% complete, a final, exhaustive inspection is conducted. This is our most critical phase, where goods are verified, certified, and sealed prior to shipment to ensure they arrive in peak condition.
